Allen, Sterling & Lothrop has been selling the same “Sterling Quality” seeds and top quality lawn, garden and greenhouse supplies that we offer in our retail store at wholesale prices, to fine garden centers, greenhouses, farm stands, and hardware stores since the business began back in 1911.

Over the years we have worked hard to expand our product offerings to include many of the very best national and local brands.  We understand that this is an ongoing process and continue to strive to provide the growers and dealers we supply with the best products available.

We take great pride in the fact that service and competitive pricing are two of our strong points.  Our on-the-road salesman covers eight different regions of Maine and part of New Hampshire over a two-week period with next day delivery provided by our own trucks.
